I really enjoyed drawing this set, especially since spring has been late and cold this year. There are bears fishing, bathing, relaxing, eating strawberries, and also a lighthouse, ladybug, bluebird, some seagulls, butterflies and more. Hope you'll like them! :-)

They should open up in your programs so that when folded, they measure 2 3/4" x 3 1/2". Since they were designed at a high DPI you can enlarge them (and the envelope) for a note card or even bigger for a greeting card without losing any detail and will still have a sharp, crisp printout! Hello! This is my first post in this blog:-)
I have just finished my second scrapset, "FuNkY sTuFf!". This one came out with a slight retro feeling in metallic pink. It has 73 images, for example 8 background papers in sizes 12x12 and 6x6 (I think this set would fit adorably for a smaller scrapbook!). It also has a set of alphabet plates, elements, etc. Created and saved at 300 PPI. You can see samples at my site under "Scrapsets":-)

I have been working hard on a new DazzleBite collection specifically for babies. I wanted something that would give you a nice variety of images to create baby shower invitations, announcements and gifts. I think I have succeeded with this set.

THE SPOT THAT'S FUN!

The Artist's Announcements Blog is and will remain a very public place and because the artists also wanted a friendly and private place they have opened an msn group. It's a place to share ideas, daily life and funny (and sad) stories and where crafters can get to know each other. A place crafters can help each other through the day and casually ask each other 'how to' type questions without feeling embarrassed to do so. A place where it's even possible to have a little grumble from time to time just to help you feel better!

The artists want to share clipart, printables and webbies (animations and other web graphics) without feeling that their generosity is being taken advantage of. They want to be able to have fun little competitions from time to time just for the heck of it. They want to hear about what sort of art you need and what type of projects their art is applied to. But most of all they want to see friends talking and friends sharing and friendships blossoming. It's no good coming here if you just want to anonymously read ideas or collect free artwork, there's plenty of places on the web that already exist for that. They're looking for scrapbooking people, computer crafting people, candy wrapping people, arty-crafty people who are looking for new arty-crafty friends and some of you may so far have been too shy or too nervous or too sensible to join a group that is open to view to anyone who has an internet connection!

At the moment this is a public restricted group which means that anyone may view it but that you need to be a member to post messages or use the chat room. At the beginning of March (next Tuesday) they want to close the public doors and make this a private cosy place where friends gather. HEDGEHOGS

Hedgehogs are my favourite animals, and of course I had to draw some! :-) Hope you'll like them. There is a free hedgehog girl graphic with roses on the same page (see Craft/Print Clipart in my menu).

I haven't been drawing these larger graphics for very long, so there are only six sets so far, but I hope to draw more soon. If there's something special that you'd like to see, feel free to leave a suggestion here. Can't promise anything though. We'll see what inspiration has to say. :-)

My apologies if you were hoping for the kitten set to be the new arrival. My very own real life kitten is a terrific little hunter and the morning that I came downstairs ready to start work on the kitten set, I was greeted with a kitchen FULL of feathers!!! As the latest 'prey' was my favourite little garden bird, the Blue Tit, I am having a tough time thinking cute thoughts about kitties right now!!!! I will of course get back on to the set real soon - thanks for your patience.

Available Now! - In response to the horrendous Tsunami Disaster (December 26th 2004) in the Indian Ocean that destroyed thousands of lives and wiped out many communities this unique collection 'A Cup of Kindness' has been compiled by 15 independent artists in a joint effort to raise funds for the short and long term needs in the region. As so many of the countries so badly affected are tea producing nations a 'Tea' set was considered a suitable theme for this project. All profits from this collection will be divided and forwarded to Unicef, The Red Cross and Oxfam.
